Capacit'e Infraprojects Secures ₹537 Crore Construction Order from TenX Realty for Address by GS-3 and Invictus-2 Towers in Thane

Capacit'e Infraprojects Limited has received a Letter of Intent (LOI) from TenX Realty Limited (on behalf of Raymond Limited) for a total contract value of approximately ₹537.00 crore (excluding GST) for construction of Towers F, G, NTA and Retail Building in the Address by GS-3 Project and Invictus-2 Project at Thane West.
The Letter of Intent was received on February 26, 2026, and was issued by TenX Realty Limited on behalf of Raymond Limited. The order has been received in the normal course of business and falls within Capacit'e's ordinary civil contracting operations.
Scope and Components
Under the contract, Capacit'e will construct three residential towers – F, G and NTA along with a dedicated retail building forming part of the Address by GS-3 and Invictus-2 developments. The scope primarily involves structural and civil construction of high-rise towers, as well as works related to podium levels, vertical cores and commercial space infrastructure linked to the retail block.

According to Rahul Katyal, Managing Director of Capacit'e, the company has been entrusted by Raymond Limited's Realty Division with repeat orders through TenX Realty Limited (step-down subsidiary of Raymond Limited). TenX Realty Limited, a step-down subsidiary of Raymond Limited, has entrusted Capacit'e with the execution of key structural and construction works for these developments in Thane, one of the prominent residential hubs within the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
