Raymond Realty has been selected as the Preferred Developer for the redevelopment of MIG VI CHS Ltd, located in Bandra East, the company announced in June 2024. Raymond Realty won this project with 100% votes by the members of society for the redevelopment.

The project spans across 2 acres and presents a significant revenue potential for the company exceeding Rs 2,000 crores.

The project offers 3BHK units ranging from 1,113 to 1,399 sq ft and 4BHK units from 1,475 to 1,928 sq ft.
